At Shengpu Tooling, we focus on the design and manufacturing of high-quality press brake tooling for global metal bending applications.

42CrMo Alloy Steel Tooling
The overall hardness is controlled at 44–50 HRC to maintain structural stability.
The working area (contact edge) is further treated with induction hardening, reaching 54–60 HRC for better wear resistance.
Machine Compatibility & Tooling Design
We design and manufacture press brake tooling compatible with AMADA, TRUMPF, Bystronic, WILA, LVD and other clamping systems.
Our designers have 10+ years of tooling design experience and can check your machine system, drawings, material thickness and bending requirements before production.

Custom Tooling Size Support
Through CNC machining, heat treatment, and precision grinding, Our straightness tolerance is within ±0.02 mm per 1000 mm, ensuring stable bending angles and consistency in mass production.
If customers are not sure about the exact tooling size, they can simply measure the clamping gap or key installation dimensions with a standard caliper and send the data to us.
Based on our experience, we will help calculate and recommend the suitable tooling dimensions for their machine and bending requirements.
Before production, drawings will be confirmed with the customer at least 3 times to ensure accuracy.
